INGREDIENTS
4 cups of flour
1 tsp Salt
2 TBSP hard Ghee or 4 TBS liquid Ghee
1 cup warm milk
METHOD
1. Mix ghee into flour and salt mixture to resemble breadcrumbs.
2. Add milk to form a soft dough.
3. Roll out into 12 rotis and divide each roti into 4 pieces.
4. Deep fry until light gold in colour.
